Our Special Dishes
Our cooking follows the richest Emilian food tradition and suggests classical menus, with a careful selection of natural ingredients coming also from our own crops and therefore changing according to the season. Our family specials have always been several hand-made pasta dishes, among which: tortellini, tortelli, ravioli, potato dumplings, lasagna. Grilled meats of different type and origin are also excellent, along with fresh vegetables as side dishes and the buffet, besides the dressings with traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena not to be missed.Pizzas, "gnocco and tigelle", with local cold cuts and cheeses, can be enjoyed as well. Tradition is anyway accompanied by cooking creativity and testing for new tastes, always looking for refined natural flavours.
